Part I Warranty Period

  • The warranty period for battery products is 5 years. Specifically, it includes: cell quality assurance for 60 months or 10,000 hours (whichever comes first, with 10,000 hours based on system operating time)

  • Warranty period may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulations.

  • The warranty period for charger products is 1 years.

  • Warranty period may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulations.

  • BMS remote service for 24 months, and a 12-month warranty for easily damaged components like the LCD screen, cables,etc. with the start date calculated from the date of manufacture.

Part II Warranty Statement

warranty is provided under the following conditions:

  • A. The product is still within the designated warranty period.
  • B. The product has been used as intended, without any human-inflicted damage.
  • C. There has been no unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, or similar actions.
  • D. The product’s serial number, factory label, and other identifiers remain intact and unaltered.

Part III Warranty Exclusions

  • Products that are beyond the warranty period without having purchased an extension.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to deformation of the casing, impact collisions, drops, and punctures.

  • Disassembling the battery without authorization from QIANHANG.

  • Malfunctions or damage occurring in extreme environments characterized by high temperatures, humidity, dust, corrosive substances, or explosives.

  • Damage resulting from short circuits.

  • Damage caused by using a charger that does not meet the specifications outlined in the product manual.

  • Damage due to force majeure events, such as fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation that does not follow the guidelines in the product manual.

  • Products lacking the QIANHANG trademark or serial number.

Part IV Claim Procedure

  • First, contact your dealer to confirm the suspected defective device.
  • Follow your dealer’s instructions to provide all necessary information, including the warranty card, product purchase invoice, and any other relevant documents if requested.
  • Once the device’s fault is verified, your dealer must submit the warranty claim to QIANHANG or an authorized service partner, including all required information.
